It began with a sound. A massive rumble like none heard before. It ripped through the cosmos, traversing dimensions, and in the wake of its massive energy, a caretaker awoke from the recesses of the universe.
AUDREY
A being destined to bring auditory order to life as we know it. With teeth sharper than the fabric of time itself, she bit open a hole in space, and peered into realms never before seen, never before heard.
A pirate, a bunny and a bat, a pulsating box, and a monster. Her mission was clear. Something had brought new life to the universe, and it was up to her to find it, to understand it, and ensure its safe crescendo to a sound future.
This begins her tale of an AUDVENTURE.

|
Audrey soared above a new world, a miraculous dreamland of colorful swamps and mountains that climbed to the sky. There were clouds of every color, and animals of every shape, size, and pattern.
She descended down to where the strange sounds emanated from. Suddenly, a black and orange blur zipped by, tearing apart clouds with his large blade like claws. Audrey followed, grinning her endless grin.
The creature stopped on the peak of a mountain and turned to face her.
"Hey! Good to see another monster! The name's Endlyng," he said.
Audrey replied, "I'm Audrey, but, what is a monster?"
Endlyng was taken aback. Did this monster really not know she was a monster?
A toothy smile grew on his face. "Well then, how about I teach you?" he said.
With that, he raised his claws high into the air and ripped the mountain in half. The falling rocks melted into a sea of synthesizers. Endlyng grabbed the nearest one, and so began the lesson.

Dense jungles grew in immeasurable quantities next to vast valleys filled with fauna roaming over the hills. This vibrant world seemed to pulsate in Audrey's eyes.
Nothing, however, pulsated quite as much as the sound which swam in the atmosphere above the planet. The omnipresent rhythm seemed to define the life on this world, seemed to be what kept the animals alive and the green growing.
Audrey scoured the planet to try and fine the creature that this sound originated from. Eventually, she found the sound at its loudest atop a massive rock that had carvings of triangles, zig-zags, and numerical values all over it.
To the untrained eye, the top of the rock appeared to have just a speaker, but to Audrey, she could sense a life unlike any other in the eye of its diaphragm.
Audrey attempted to say hello, but the speaker cone kept on emanating its melody like before. Confused, Audrey looked behind the speaker to find a giant red button. Without much thought, she pushed the button with her whole body.
The music suddenly took a turn, as did the world. The trees began to grow out of control, the animals began to look more fearsome, and an orange glow took over the sky. Audrey wasn't sure what to make of it, but as the ground began to crumble beneath her, she took the hint that it was time to leave.

|
What the?? A disturbance in sector Z-402 shook Polistae awake on her personal floating vessel. The ship, complete with the latest in laser guided defenses, three-layered energy force fields, and several amenities including a mini-fridge, pool table, and jacuzzi (all stolen), rocked uncontrollably in the sky.
"It must have had its gyroscopic stabilizers damaged in the last raid," Polistae thought, as another tremor threw the purple bird from her bird.
Now peeved, Polistae threw open her window to find out what all the hubbub was about. There she saw the sky literally cracking as some unknown being appeared to pound Z-402's dimensional walls.
Polistae looked at her robotic arm's energy values. She briefly wondered if losing her energy was worth helping the creature on the other side, but quickly discarded the notion under her belief that all adventures are good adventures. She aimed for the crack and shot a bolt of power that took out the last seam of time holding together the rift in space.
Out of the crack came a giant flying grinning circular monster screaming "HELP ME!" as a barrage of laser pursued her in EPIC SPACE COMBAT™. Polistae outstretched her wing towards this being, and reveled in knowing she was in for a wild ride.

|
The sky crackled, and a blue portal materialized in the ceiling. Lightning shot forth from the portal as Audrey tore yet another hole in the fabric of space and time. But, everyone assumed it was all part of the show and kept on raving the night away.
Audrey looked around the massive room, observing an every changing space of colorful lights and deeply moving sounds. A mass of etheral beings below moved to the rhythm being played like one giant aquatic organism swimming through the sea, glistening under a bright powerful aura.
Audrey's attention was drawn to a distinct pair of beings shining the brightest at the center of the ebbing and flowing crowd. As she descended from the ceiling, light rebounded off of her form like a disco ball and illuminated the space around her.
The two in the center looked up, staring in awe. They were surrounded by many intricate devices, turning dials and pushing buttons on these instruments with more controls than Audrey could count.
She introduced herself to the two, who revealed themselves as Tarocco, a fiery headed bunny, and Kalawar, a bright green bat. Audrey then asked, "What is this world?"
The bunny and the bat looked at each other and smiled.
"Why don't we show you?" said Tarocco, with a devious grin.
And with that, he pressed another button.
